Learn the stories about God and Jesus that are in the Bible, take notice of the wonderful creation God has offered for us to live in, and seek out other people who are eager to discuss God and His will in their lives. Look for His guiding hand in your life today; it is there. Make a list and count the ways God is your Hero so that you can fall in love with Him and He can become your very best Friend. Stop turning to the food and giving it all your focus!
