The Wrong Focus

This can prove to be a bad focus, as it gets us nowhere but feeling sorry for
ourselves, which usually plunges us deeper into depression. In addition to
focusing on ourselves, diet rules also make us focus on food. We get up in the
morning thinking about what we are going to eat and what we are not going to
eat. We allow ourselves to indulge, so to speak, our lust toward craving food.
If we have been doing that for very many years, we realize that we can actually become enslaved to this lust which, again, is trying to feed that longing heart
